By submitting to Our Website, you grant permission to us, and your accessing this web site to view and print your details and Portfolios for personal and/or commercial use. The company does not guarantee to back up your data submitted to our server. It is recommended that you keep an independent copy of all data stored on your computer.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Company authorises you to view and print material on this web site for personal and/or commercial use. You acknowledge that The Company retains copyright on all text and graphic images whilst the students retain intellectual copyright of any of their work submitted. With the exception of the above all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to The Website (including the material which is contributed by Members) are owned by Our Company. By submitting any material to the content to the Our Website, you:

· are representing that you are fully entitled to do so;

· grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-terminable licence right to copy, modify, distribute, show in public and create derivative works from that material in any form, anywhere; and

· authorise us to adapt the relevant material in the course of doing so, and so waive your moral rights to object to any derogatory treatment, or to be identified as the author, of the material in question.

FEES
You acknowledge that we are entitled to alter the amount or the basis of the calculation of our fees from time to time, provided that such amount or basis is clearly stated at the time when you agree to take up Our Service. Fees paid by a Member will not be rebated or refunded by us, unless Our Service for which the Member has subscribed is completely withdrawn from that Member by us other than in circumstances permitted under this Agreement. The Company offers you a 30 day money back guarantee. After the 30 day period The Company expects you to commit for the remaining service period. If you cancel your account within your service period then The Company will not make any refund on any unused portion of your account. If you wish to continue your membership after the expiry period we will enable you to do so at our then current terms and prices. The Company reserves the right to change the membership fee, the period which it covers, the services to which it relates, and other factors from time to time. However, any changes will not affect your then current membership.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The Company tries to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it. However, we reserve the right to withdraw or modify one or more aspects of The Website and Our Service where we have legal or technical reasons to do so (including technical difficulties experienced by Our Website or on the Internet). ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The Company or its affiliates may offer new or additional services through Our Website from time to time. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, or rules of use, which you must comply with. Provided that those terms or rules are notified to you on Our Website in an appropriate manner (as determined by architecturalassistant.com in its reasonable discretion), any failure by you to comply with a material provision of the terms or rules governing those services will amount to a breach of this Agreement.

We do not generally monitor material contributed by Members before it is placed on Our Website, and so we are reliant upon users to point out any which infringes this Agreement.

THE ROLE OF THE COMPANY
You acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the behaviour of Members whether on Our Website or outside of it. We only provide a venue Our Service may be accessed. In particular, you should be aware that architecturalassistant.com does not pre-screen or monitor the material contributed by Members.

DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE
The Company has no control over or responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any material available on Our Website, whether provided by Members or others. If any third party sites are linked to from Our Website, this does not mean that we endorse or have any responsibility for the site in question or anything, which appears on it. EXCLUDED LOSS

The Company will also not be liable for any failure to perform of its obligations under this Agreement caused by matters beyond its reasonable control.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY
Without limiting the preceding Clause, during any period of twelve months the aggregate liability of The Company under this Agreement (whether arising in negligence or otherwise) will not under any circumstances exceed the greater of (a) £25, or (b) an amount equal to the sums paid by you to us by way of Full Membership fees during the relevant period of twelve months, regardless of the cause or form of action.

NON-EXCLUDED LIABILITIES
Nothing in this Agreement limits The Company's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or any other liability, which may not by law be excluded. Any statutory rights you may have as a consumer remain unaffected.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of this Agreement by you or through a machine on which you access Our Website and Our Service.

ASSIGNMENT
We reserve the right to assign this Agreement, and to assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under this Agreement. You may not without the written consent of architecturalassistant.com assign or dispose of this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

SEVERABILITY
In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

This information is subsequently available to you, and is capable of being changed by you, through My Assistant.

Registration Information you supply is stored by us and used for the purpose of the site, and to inform you in regard to your account status or any relevant details. We do not rent or sell your information to other organisations.

Due to the nature of our website, we provide a link for potential employers and others to contact you via email. Your email however is not displayed.

CVs AND WORK EXAMPLES ("PORTFOLIO")
When you complete uploading your Portfolio to our site, it can be made available for viewing and downloading by others, by way of a search over the Internet. These may be direct recruiters, employment consultants or other organisations. You can choose to prevent our customers from accessing your Portfolio by withdrawing it from being published in the gallery.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that if you are already in employment your current employer may be a user of architecturalassistant.com, or a client of one of our customers. architecturalassistant.com cannot restrict the customers who access profiles on our database and cannot be held responsible for any eventuality.

We rely on you to ensure that your Registration Information and your Portfolio are kept up to date. You should update these details at least every six months, particularly if your contact details have changed.

COOKIES
We use small files known as "cookies" to enhance users' experience of the architecturalassistant.com service. Cookies are small pieces of information stored by us on your computer which enable us to identify your computer when you access our web site and to provide you with a convenient means of access.

architecturalassistant.com provides you with an online control panel ("My Assistant") when you register with us. This control panel enables you to upload and amend your Registration Information and Portfolio at your convenience.

The personal information held by us is held on and processed by computers situated in the United Kingdom.

SHARING AND USE OF INFORMATION
We, and (where relevant) our credit card processing agents, will not supply your personal data to a third party for commercial exploitation.
